My training stands out because I want to help people realize weight kills and I want to save lives. I lose my Dad to being overweight 395lbs 6'3 and it cost him his life at 52 years of age! So I want to show, teach,help&motivate people to get to there best potential with determination, will power, and DISCIPLINE!!!! Also if your under 18 years old please please I cant stress it enough get consesnt from your parents because i don't mind wasting a credit if your really serious because I've been training for over a two decades and no one has ever been injuried with my work out routines and these credits aren't FREE AT ALL. Ajaye is a motivator when it comes to fitness training. When I met several years ago I was 277lbs and he really motivated me to become more active and doing it at a pace I could handle, while still pushing to reach my goal. Today I am 237lb and 6 inches smaller in my waist! I have managed to keep the weight off because I like the new ME! I HIGHLY recommend him as a trainer.
My training is the gradual progression I'm not out to have people not being able to walk after one training session. It's a process that works for me and how I train people I want folks to come back and train not run away from me. I crack a lot of jokes I train people with there own body weight in the beginning so you can see for yourself where we need to attack and strengthen the areas.
Boxing,a lot of calisthenics, jump rope as long as you don't have knee injuries.
Prices can vary after I know what the individual wants to do and for how long-duration wise. I prefer at least a month's commitment thou.

Just know what you want to attack and always try to push yourself it helps the training process with the trainer when you finally get one. Know your strengths and weaknesses and be honest with yourself first that's most important. Remember it's NOTHING TO BE EMBARRASSED ABOUT! Rome wasn't built in a day.
