About
We are a professional Voice and Acting company working directly with Musical Theatre programs all over the country. We also work with professionals in the workforce that want to learn how to sing and express themselves through song and scene interpretation. With my extensive performance and Broadway credits I believe we can make the dreams of all hopefuls a reality.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with an assessment of their skills and based on my findings I will create a lesson plan that will gradually get them to the place they want to be. I believe in a process vs product mentality. These skills are muscles that need to be worked on and it doesn't happen over night. I also believe that every student requires different attention and that there is no one general way of teaching. Individualization is KEY to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA degree in Musical Theatre from the Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. I graduated and moved right to NYC where I immediately was cast as the Quasimodo Understudy in Disneys Hunchback of Notre Dame. During that time I was the cofounder and creator of a Performing Arts program in Fairfield CT called Broadway Method Academy. It has been in opportation for almost 5 years and is thriving with hundreds of students. Due to my Broadway career taking off I had to step down as a full time faculty member/partner because of scheduling conflicts. I needed to be in NYC full time. Thus began Decker Studios Inc. Every year Decker Studios Inc partners with Corella Productions in Chicago and Pennsylvania for a two week summer intensive I have been in two Broadway shows Sunset Boulevard where I starred opposite Glenn Close, as well as Les Miserables. I recently finished the National Tour of Love Never Dies (the sequel to Phantom of the Opera) where I understudied the Phantom. I have two albums, Ive been a part of multiple symphony concerts as well as worked all over the country doing Regional Theatre. Next up I will be originating the Role of Kaden in the New Musical: Atlantis.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard price is:
$25/half hour
$50/Hour
I am not a teacher that is a stickler for sticking to the hour slot. If we are in the middle of an extraordinary moment of growth I will spend as much time with my student as needed without charging extra.
How did you get started teaching?
I grew up extremely poor and was unable to afford any type of lessons. I did have an incredible support system of talent at my Community Theatre where I learned a great deal along the way. When I was still in High School I began doing the summer program with my Community Theatre and I was hooked. Teaching and giving back have always been in my blood and so I want to provide an affordable way to share all I have learned so far with all people.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students as young as 5 and as old as 50.
