I have a Bachelor of Music in Voice Perfomance from the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music and a Master of Music in Opera Perfomance degree from The Curtis Institute.

I used to hold a position as a Lecturer in Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music until I moved to San Diego, CA. I also travel the states giving seminars about voice technique. I have been a professional singer for more than 25 years and I have taught singing for more than 15 years! I just want to pour all my experience onto you, you will leave each lesson happy and filled with exciting ways to use your voice.

I love working with singers and teaching them how to become vocally free. I love to watch someone blossom with their voices and develop a robust sound and great confidence on stage.

Laura is an awesome voice teacher. She explains everything in great detail, what's going on physiologically, acoustically and in terms of the music but in a way that everyone can understand and execute. My voice started growing exponentially since the first lesson and, 3 years later, I still learn and discover new things everytime I take one. She also treats you like a peer, not with your typical teacher-student distant relationship, and that makes a world of difference. Thank you Laura!

Laura is an outstanding teacher. Not only for knowing technically what and how to achieve a goal. But also because she finds a way that works for you individually, she always finds a solution. I believe this is crucial in a singer's path. I am very grateful to have the opportunity of being Laura's student. Laura's the best!

Simply, the best of the best!!

I have never learned so much from anyone else. Laura, thank you for your service and for being willing to work with me and my learning styles. Everyday, I continue to learn from her videos and your teachings have stuck with me.
