British Swim School Central Jersey, founded in 1981, is committed to ensuring everyone, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer. Located in North Brunswick, New Jersey and surrounding areas, their mission is to teach essential water safety survival skills. They prioritize the back float technique, a critical skill for rest, breathing, and calling for help. After mastering this, students learn swimming strokes, followed by speed and stamina training.
