I swam competitively 12 years, including this past year on a Division 1 swimming & diving team. I have been teaching swim lessons for 3 years and my clients are never dissapointed. I'm a certified lifeguard and a volunteer on my town's first aid squad. I'm also an Air Force ROTC cadet training to be a security forces officer after graduating college.
Tyler did lessons with both of my daughters (10 and 5) and they loved it! My 10 year old wants to join a swim team now!
Every student is different so there is no typical process. The process depends on the ability level of the client and the goals they want to achieve.

When I was a captain for my high school swim team, I spent a majority of the practices helping the head coach. After that year I went on to be an assistant coach for my summer team and coached for SwimAmerica.
I work with mainly competitive swimmers who wish to get faster or improve their stroke.
I also work with people of all ages who want to learn how to swim, or improve their confidence in the water.
