My son Eniram had taken piano lessons for three years with Gavin Hammond before moving to Denver. Gavin created a beautiful foundation for music that has helped him move on to now playing the violin. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I believe in a 100% positive teaching approach. Music is amazing and piano can be very fun and rewarding to learn. We will learn the students favorite songs and piano pieces. The student will learn not only learn how to play music but to understand it as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my bachelors in science in music production and music education and have worked full time as an teacher, engineer and session musician for over 10 years.

I have worked with students of all ages. But I specialize in teaching children.
