First and foremost, I focus greatly on alignment and safety. After that, I feel it is important for a yoga teacher to think outside the box and use the tools at their disposal to guide the student along in their practice at a safe and sustainable pace.
My yoga packages and pricing are very straightforward and transparent. Clients get an online portal where they can track their sessions, earn rewards points, and manage methods of payment.
I most enjoy hearing my students tell me about the benefits that they experience from yoga that they weren't even expecting! One student wanted more flexibility, and is experiencing better balance. Another wanted better sleep and is getting stronger. Even one student wanted a better golf swing but discovered his spine was straightening! Helping students to dig a little deeper into their practice and really reap the benefits in all facets of their life is the most rewarding part for me.
Kari was very hands-on, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and was always ready to help if I needed to change a pose to fit my needs or if I just needed more assistance. The music was always perfect. The most efficient way to begin is with a questionnaire. This is emailed to the prospective client and covers all of the preliminary topics: exercise history, health history, past and current yoga experience, etc.
After this, we schedule a complimentary consultation (in person or on the phone) to discuss your private sessions further. I'll go over rates and we'll coordinate schedules.
Over time, the client's practice may be adjusted to suit the client's needs and any life changes. The body - and your life - is constantly changing, so the practice will be adapted to these natural fluctuations.
I have my 200-hour from YogaWorks and have 20 CEU in Yoga for Seniors. Using props like blocks, straps, and chairs I am able to meet each student where they are in their practice. The body will be adequately warmed and educated before reaching a peak pose, and then cooled down. You will feel strengthened and rejuvenated!
Pricing ranges from $70 to $100. You can purchase on a session-by-session basis, but the more economical option is to purchase a package. Packages can be 3, 6, or 12 months. You can select the length of your session (60 or 75 minutes) and the frequency of your sessions (one or two times per week) and build the perfect yoga package for your schedule and budget.
You have the option to pay for the package in full, or do monthly installments, whichever is more convenient for you.
