Each new client will receive a 25 minute screen and assessment. These results, combined with your goals, will form the basis of your programming.
I most enjoy hearing my students tell me about the benefits that they experience from yoga that they weren't even expecting! One student wanted more flexibility, and is experiencing better balance. Another wanted better sleep and is getting stronger. Even one student wanted a better golf swing but discovered his spine was straightening! Helping students to dig a little deeper into their practice and really reap the benefits in all facets of their life is the most rewarding part for me.
Kari was very hands-on, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and was always ready to help if I needed to change a pose to fit my needs or if I just needed more assistance. The music was always perfect. I also felt that the class started at a very basic level, right where I needed, and progressed in the perfect way so that I always felt challenged and successful at the end of each class. I loved it and am absolutely signing up again!

I am a 500-RYT and received my training from YogaWorks. I also have 20 CEU in Yoga for Seniors. Using props like blocks, straps, and chairs I am able to meet each student where they are in their practice. The body will be adequately warmed and educated before reaching a peak pose, and then cooled down. You will feel strengthened and rejuvenated!
Prices range from $75 to $95 depending on how often we meet. The client is billed for the month in full at the beginning of the month. I do have a standard 24 hour cancellation policy, but am happy to reschedule missed sessions if given advance notice.
