I love the practice and teaching and you can tell when I teach it’s with love. For personal training I love to get to know the client and what their goals are and come up with a class that suits their personal practice. In the end we end up yoga family and you will see my passion through teaching.
I absolutely love watching student excel in their practice and helping people learn their own bodies and appreciate what they can do now as they look forward in setting goals in their practice. Yoga has changed my life in such positive way I wanted to become a teacher and my goal is if I can help just one person like it helped me my life is complete.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know the student and what they want to get out of the yoga practice. What are their goals and help them try to achieve them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m with yoga alliance and do continuing education. I am certified in hands on assist and trauma recovery yoga. My body was broken and I found yoga and through yoga my scoliosis back pain is manageable along with the static nerve pain I suffer from. I’ve been practicing for 8 years and teaching for 3! I have clients ranging from 13 to 80's. This is my passion and love and you can tell by the way I teach!

$40-$60 per lesson depends on how many times a week and the student I will work with a student on pricing.
