I have been teaching full time for five years now and in those five years I have taken several trainings to better myself as a yoga teacher & fitness instructor. I am a 500 Hour YTT, 200 RYT, 200 Hour certified Pilates instructor, Barre instructor, and RealRyder indoor cycling instructor. I have trained in Budokon Yoga, as well as Forrest yoga. My style is unique to me and a blend of everything I’ve learned. I focus on movement that is biomechanically sound, and that will help build a stronger, healthier body.
I absolutely love watching my students progress. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone transform and be able to do things they never knew were possible. The feedback I get from my students that makes me happiest though, is when they tell me how much better they feel, & that they’re no longer in pain.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to speak with students beforehand to find out about anybody injuries, conditions, or goals for their practice. I typically plan a lesson in advance, but I’m always willing to change the lesson based on how they are feeling day by day. I have worked with a wide range of injuries and conditions, and an array of styles!
