I been doing it for 25 years I was a fighter for a few years and in 2002 became a personal trainer worked at Las Vegas Boxing and then later at Round One Boxing for a few years now I'm training at home in my back yard and I have 5 students. I have to know what he wants to do if he wants to train to be a fighter to be in a good shape or just for self defense those are the 3 categories once I know that I can start working with him and showing all different exercises and basic techniques we'll be doing that he'll be confortable with and easy also I need to know how advanced he or she is in order to know where we goin to start.
