The yoga that I teach is fun, noninvasive and organic. The practice is all about you and your body, your mind. I let my students take liberties with their bodies and with their practice. We laugh, curse, crack jokes and have fun. I use organic movements that any and every body can accommodate so it's available to everyone. From beginners to gurus, every single person (and animal) is welcome.
I am also certified for trauma recovery yoga and to teach children.
