Home Means Yoga is all about working with individuals to meet their personal goals. We offer a variety of classes for all different levels and purposes. Including meditation, vinyasa, yin and restorative, pranayama (breath control), chair yoga, and kids yoga.
I have been studying yoga since I was a little girl with my grandma. I started a daily practice as an adult during my pregnancy. Yoga helped me through the pregnancy and beyond. Now I work to learn more about yoga through meditation, daily practice, and readings. I was certified as an instructor, RYT and certified with Yoga Alliance.
My focus is on the individual. I see how yoga can benefit each person in their own unique situation. I hope to help each person physically, mentally, and spiritually grow in their practice.
