About this pro

Teaching yoga is a very personal thing, it's about my students and what serves them as they change daily.  I'm proud to be able to tailor my classes for my students, and give them what serves them Physically, and spiritually.

The JW Marriott is an amazing setting, as you look out the window wall at waterfalls and trees and a spa pool, it encourages the sernity we are all lookng for.  We strive to give to give our guests a peaceful enjoyable experience.

I love my students!  Yoga has brought the most amazing people into my life.  Yoga has changed my life in so many ways on so many levels.  I truly enjoy sharing the knowledge I have gathered over the years, and passing it along, with love and kindness.

I have been practicing and teaching Vinyasa Flow yoga, Restorative, and Ananda Yoga in Las Vegas for the past 10 years.  After a successful  22 year career as a professional dancer in  Las Vegas and around the world.  I found yoga to heal my body and change my life.  I guide my students through a choice of Vinyasa, restorative, yin, hatha or a gentle yoga class often modified to serve students who range from very young to the senior set!  Providing a comforting nonjudgmental environment. I strive to be a compassionate and intuitive teacher who encourages her students to listen to the wisdom of their bodies I gently guide them in a very personal practice of yoga.

Love and Light,

Denise is a Yogini! She's knowledgeable of the yoga practice & I feel safe under her direction. Her sense of humor finds me laughing off my yoga butt & the mindful peacefulness is mine to keep!
