Welcome! My teaching focuses on my student's strengths and reasons for learning. I ensure that students are taught from a personalized curriculum that brings them closer to their goals. I have an RYT 200 yoga instructor certification that I obtained at Tru Fusion Las Vegas where I have been teaching yoga for the last 2 years , I am also a trained jazz/contemporary dancer with years of experience. I love teaching yoga because it not only helps me connect students to their body but their mind and soul. I offer both group and private classes both via zoom and in person, essential oils can also be added per students request.
