What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Discuss student's general and specific interests and goals. Discuss priorities and timelines. Customize a plan and always start with classic recipes and techniques. I like to start with base recipes or base ingredients and then show different final products using the same base set of ingredients or technique. For example with baking, it may be particular type of flour and the different types of recipes that can be made with that flour. Or it may be fresh handmade pastas using egg in the dough vs. no eggs. Or for example in baking, start with yeast-based breads and pizzas, and then discuss no yeast, faster recipes


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Personally trained by famous, Michelin-rated chefs. Self-trained for 15 years through systematic cooking TV show reviews in 4 different languages/cultures.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I customize my services to the individual needs. However, I figure in the time to drive to and from the individual, and generally charge 50-75$ per hour.
