Welcome Everyone! I am a chef with experience in many different cuisines including pastry. I had the opportunity to work virtually during covid all over the world teaching how to make all different types of foods. I absolutely love to cook and teach very easy techniques in the kitchen to build flavor and confidence. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Start off by seeing what experience if any with knife use, comfortability with the stove and any food allergies. Then we start of with proper knife holding and jump right into cooking with simple easy techniques to help them develop confidence in the kitchen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this industry for 17yrs. I have worked all areas of the kitchen and running them as executive chef.
Before the pandemic hit in 2019 I became a culinary instructor and took my teachings to a virtual platform and was able to be in kitchens all over the world.
