What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First there is a free consultation in which we go over the singers goals, ideas and review their singing experience.
In a typicsl lesson we review homework
learn a new technique
breathing exercies and vocal warm instrumentals to practice call & response type exercises
then we practice the songs that the artist has chosen. I encourage you to apply the techniques that we have learned.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a student at the music in new york ,I had a music scholarship for concordia college and after college most of my years in the music industry as an artist, vocal coach, producer ,recording engineer ,songwriter and performer.
I have been teaching for over 18 years and have owned over 5 studios band central, EVNI Studios, and currently the mount vernon performing arts studio

lessons are 70 dollars an hour there is a discounted package which is 270 dollars for 4 lessons and the best discount is 8 lessons for 540 dollars. there is a one time fee of 25 dollars
first lesson is free with a commitment of at least one lesson
How did you get started teaching?
I was working with a record label as an artist and every time a new artist came in they asked me to help them with the vocals eventually I started coaching more and then was inspired to open my own studio
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with children adults beginners advanced r&b, pop, gospel,country, folk country, brazilian spanish all different styles of music what they all have in common is music and the desire to improve their delivery
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I have worked with many artists that have become successful in the music industry from broadway to recording artists as well as tv stars however what I encourage singers to focus on is not who the teacher has worked with but the teachers experience and how they can help you reach your singing goals
