**I WORK WITH EACH CLIENT INDIVIDUALLY AND CUSTOMIZE OUR SESSIONS TOWARDS YOUR INTERESTS AND GOALS**

My Technique: Through analysis, practice, and exercise, we will develop your voice into an instrument and tool for storytelling.

My unique approach guides and teaches you the techniques of breath work, strength, agility, and conditioning, and performance work.

Our lessons will help you build an understanding of how to execute various styles whether your focus is musical theatre, pop or rock.

I love working with PEOPLE, and helping them become for comfortable/knowledgable/confident with their voices.

It is a thrill to do what I do, and I know your side of the table very well as I have a performance as a singer/actor.

Adam is a consummate professional who is excellent at what he does. I have been singing a long time and have never worked with anyone better. Adam knows what he’s doing and is able to adapt his instruction to meet my needs as a student. He keeps the lesson moving with varied vocal exercises and finishes it up by working on a particular song. He gives detailed feedback; for example, he noticed that I was holding extra tension at the back of my tongue (I was like?!? How did you know that, Adam?). That attention to detail helps me as a beginning vocalist know more about my “instrument”. Adam is always supportive, but holds me to a high standard of performance, while recognizing where I am in my vocal “journey”.

After two months of lessons, Adam invited me to perform in his online, live concert last week. It was an exhilarating experience, not just as a performer but also as a spectator, seeing the variety of students that he coaches: from beginners to professionals. You can see his hand in all our work.

I tell people how I “found” Adam by googling voice lessons in my area, and how I was sold by his free introductory 15-minute lesson.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We will meet, discuss goals, and sing.

I will share insight as to where I think we should go from whatever area you may be in whether beginning, intermediate, or advanced, and begin the journey to together.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have performed professionally as a singer, and actor for the last 10 years. From anything to National/International Tours (The Sound of Music, Disney on Classic), to singing in a recording studio creating demos, to performing in NYC, readings, and regionally across the USA. As well I have been in the audition room behind the table.

I have a BFA in Musical Theater, and am a member of AEA.

I have taught classes throughout the USA as a singer/actor, and hope to bring my lessons to you.
