Certified Swimming Instructor

Hello all,

I will be offering swimming lessons throughout the summer. I spent all my years at high school on the swim team and will be attending Princeton University in the fall of 2017. My job is to make you feel more comfortable, safe, and equipped in the water through logical progression drills and safety talks. I cover strokes such as:

-Freestyle (Front Crawl)

-Backstroke (Back Crawl)

-Butterfly

-Breaststroke

-Sidestroke

-Elementary Backstroke

and other techniques such as:

-Floating on the back and front

-Treading water

-Flip turns

-Changing direction in the water

-Diving Starting Positions

And of course, the things that I teach you will be catered to your level because I want the individual challenges to be appropriate to the swimmer. When you have completed these lessons, you'll be better suited in the water. I charge a low $35 per 45 minute sessions and I am CPR-Certified as well.
