Hello! I have been teaching piano lesson since 2018, as well as percussion and vocals. I have been classically trained In voice and used that experience to strengthen my piano skills throughout the many years! It has been wonderful being able to bring music and creativity to our community, just giving clients of young and old a outlet to discover and learn music has been the best years of my life. I love my work! I've spent many years honing my ability to adapt and pick the best lesson plans to accommodate individuals goals and skill, rest assured I will help you reach those goals! I've worked with students as young as 5 and up, and I always try to encourage and inspire all my students! You can do It! You will do It! I believe In you! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We typically will start with a couple warmups and scales that will vary on your current skill level, then we will usually jump into your lesson book and take a look at how you are coming along. If there is a peice you are working on or want to learn we will definitely take a look at it as long as we have the time! I try my best to work with the client to get what they want out of the lessons, but since I take a rather classical approach it is crucial we keep developing your reading and playing skills with the help of our handy books.
