My students enjoy an inspiring view of Owasco Lake from the studio. Lessons are available days, after school and evenings to accommodate many busy schedules. Regular weekly or schedule as you go time slots available. Students can choose to study privately or in a small group. I am an instructor who truly cares for and appreciates each and every student and makes them a priority. I am dedicated to giving my very best at every lesson.
I love getting to know my students, helping them learn, seeing their growth and watching them achieve their goals. It is very fulfilling and I am blessed to do what I love for a living.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Prior to the first lesson, students have a brief phone consultation so that the student can learn about the studio and instructor and ask questions, and the instructor can learn a little more about the student, their background, and goals to prepare for the first lesson.

How did you get started teaching?
I have always enjoyed music, especially singing, since childhood. I studied several instruments and voice during both high school and college. I wanted to teach lessons so that I could share my knowledge, skills, and passion was th others. I am a skilled singer, attentive teacher, and reliable business owner. I enjoy working with each and every student, helping them reach their potential.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught mostly beginners and some intermediate and early advanced level singers ranging in age from 5 through adult. Men, women and children of all ages and stages are welcome.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Meet the teacher and visit the studio space. Ask questions. Find out what a typical lesson is like and what kind of commitment is involved. Share about yourself, your goals, interests, and previous training and accomplishments.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are my musical interests, goals, and challenges? Does this particular teacher cater to my specific needs?
Studying music requires a commitment to regular lessons and practice, performances, music purchases, and tuition payments. Am I prepared to make a commitment and invest in myself or child?
