The fact that I can share,recipes from my island where I grow up,cooking with my mother and aunts back in Brasil,I’m a mother of 3 kids,and food is a way I can show my love to my clients as well,I like using fresh herbs,read as much as possible about their healing properties,specially at the time we are leaving right now,Ginger,Garlic and Onions walk together in my kitchen!Turmeric as well! I’ve been cooking for the past 23 years.I had cooked in restaurants,private parties,weddings,street fairs,and recently joined Shef.com
