About
I am a professionally trained pianist who has previously been a leading New York Dance accompanist for nearly 20 years. I received my masters degree from the Minsk Conservatory of Music. Upon completion of my studies, I worked in "Mosconsert", an esteemed musical institution. Since 1980, I have worked in some of New York's greatest dance schools including the American Ballet Theatre, School of the American Ballet, the Joffrey Ballet, David Howard dance center, Steps, and Broadway Dance. I started teaching 19 years ago, and I've had great success, with students winning multiple competitions. I teach all ages and any age level, from child to adult, and any piano level from total beginner, recreational enthusiast, or professional. I get students ready for NYSSMA. My students have placed 3rd place in the American protégée competition, concerts at Lesetitsky, piano teacher association, annual performances at LI piano teachers association, participation on NYSSMA festivals, London school of music.
I love teaching and seeing my students enjoy piano.
