About
I am able to bring out the specific vocal timbre of each voice. I don't impose a fixed idea of a "my" sound on anyone. Rather will bring out the uniqueness and beauty of your instrument. I think my students should sing music they love and start to apply the technique right away to get the joy of singing!
I am thrilled when a student is able to sing freely and express themselves with ease!

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching on the side with an active performing career first in Germany where I worked in musical theaters all over Europe. Then I took a teaching position in Koblenz University. Now I run an active studio in New York and became artistic director of an intense summer program in Tuscany Italy called Casentino Voice.
What types of students have you worked with?
Classical, Musical Theater, and Jazz students. I don't work with young children and normally won't take anyone younger than 15. I prefer working with someone who can read music.
