With over 30 years of experience I take advantage of what I have learned as a martial artist, personal trainer and coach to develop personalized programs that fits my students/clients needs and goals. My business also includes martial arts/sports medicine, correction of common postural imbalances, meditation, spiritual and energy healing.
I am excited to have a career that helps others with better health, healing and wellbeing. I also enjoy teaching new skills that assist with personal develop, advancement and increase of life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After initial conversation about the goals and needs of student/client I start assessing all that is needed to develop programs for short term goals with the final goal always in mind. As we progress in training I make changes based on how effective the process is for us. With homework given the student for faster results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started training in martial arts and boxing at age 7. I have studied and explored, Hung gar kung fu, wing chun kung fu, boxing, kickboxing, thai boxing, judo, kali/eskrima, silat., rapier and dagger. I startted a career in personal training and group fitness in 1999. I've worked for exclusive gyms through out nyc, Equinox, Clay, Core fitness, The Cell fitness to name a few. For some of these clubs I've assisted management staff with new trainer development workshops and classes. Along side personal training, private coaching and group fitness classes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I sell monthly packages and charge according to frequency. I start my rates at $175 per session
How did you get started teaching?
As I progressed in martial arts and boxing I started teaching kids and adults in my neighborhood. Then made a career out of it.
What types of students have you worked with?
I really don't have a type of student. I've being very fortunate to work with many people with different goals and needs. All ages.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Last year I started doing martial arts/fight choreography and performing for theatre and entertainment with Ninja Ballet Dance Company.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your research and follow your intuition.
