I love teaching yoga and working with students to help them improve their lives through the practice. I will tailor classes to meet individual student needs, and to help build strength and flexibility while decreasing stress and tension.
I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years now, and I love the way it has improved my overall health - physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am passionate about the many benefits of yoga and love sharing this with my students.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start by learning exactly what my student hopes to gain from working with me, whether it's incresed flexibility, buidling strength, relaxation, weight loss, etc. We will discuss personal goals, as well as physical limitations or injuries I should be aware of, and then I will design classes to meet the specific needs of the student.
