Jen is an amazing instructor who can help bring yoga to any person wherever he or she may be in ability. She is a compassionate, warm, funny and sincere person. I felt completly welcomed, accepted and put at ease during our first session. When I first started working with Jen 5 months ago at 390 lbs, I was uncomfortable in my body and could get down to and up from the floor with much invested effort. I could stand only for short stretches of time. Now, my flexibility and strength have increased and doing yoga is my weekly highlight. No more stress about floor work. I ask for it. Jen customizes each week to what would best serve me for the type of week I have ahead. We started at 50 min sessions. Now I am doing 90 min and the time flies by so fast. It is so fun to watch my abilities and confidence grow under her guidance!

I am a 200 certified Vinyasa teacher through Awaken Yoga. I have been teaching for 3 years, practicing for 5. I am a board member of the Cleveland Teacher’s Kula. I recently completed Integrative Yoga Therapy’s 200 hour Yoga Therapy certification with Dharma Kshetra Yoga. I am certified in many styles of meditation including Yoga Nidra
