I am a certified yoga teacher with yoga experience with all levels of students. My yoga classes are based on correct alignment and are based on the person's level of experience. I have my own home studio and will travel for individual and corporate requests. I have experience with all ages from toddlers to seniors. I have worked with corporate wellness departments and many preschools.
