I have been teaching professionally for four years in the OKC metro area and pride myself on my adaptability, professionalism and friendliness. I have a masters degree in violin performance, and have received Every Child Can and Unit 1 training from the Suzuki Associations of the Americas. I understand that every student is absolutely capable of learning to play the violin, but a teacher must be willing and able to find the right approach for each individual. I enjoy that challenge. I teach a wide range of ages and personality types as well as styles of music. I am committed to continuing my education to expand my knowledge of violin techniques and teaching styles.
I love connecting with my students and helping them pursue their passions. I am a problem solver and I enjoy working in and out of the lesson to find the best approach for each student.
