Elisa Rega Music Lessons

I have been teaching for over 20 years and love to teach music. I have degrees from Oberlin Conservatory and the New England Conservatory of Music. My specialty is in teaching violin, viola, beginning keyboard, music theory, and beginning voice. My lessons consist of technique and general music training that include aural skills, singing, rhythmic internalization, and music theory. My lessons are a lot of fun because I have high standards, but also maintain a light hearted atmosphere.

In addition to music, I am also a psychology researcher and have studied and published articles on the latest experimental education practices. So my lessons tend to be very different from a typical music lesson.

I teach violin and viola from beginning to advanced levels. My students have ranged in age from 3 to 85 years old and I feel that I can teach students at any age or level. Thank you!
