Noah Carr

Hello, and thanks for taking a look at my profile! I am a violinist and teacher based in Portland, OR. With over a decade of performing experience, I’ve been the recipient of a number of awards in the Portland Metro Area and beyond. In the past few years, I’ve won 1st place in the MYS Concerto Competition, Oregon ASTA competition, and Oregon Mozart Players competition. I was recently selected as a semi-finalist in the national Sphinx Competition, and I’ve studied with some of the world’s leading teachers and performers.

I have a passion for teaching violin to people of all ages. Having benefited greatly from excellent teachers myself, I understand the value in guiding people interested in learning violin and helping them accomplish the goals they set for themselves. I would love to help you or your child/children begin or continue the complex and fulfilling journey of learning violin.
