James Foy Singing Lessons

I offer professional and fun singing lessons that will help you sing with ease and excellent technique. I am dedicated to helping my students reach their goals to improve vocal freedom, breathe better, expand their range, and gain confidence with their performances.

I teach total beginners, professionals, and all levels in between. All ages welcome! Here are some examples of my students' interests: singing for fun and for the health benefits of singing; professional singers who want to improve their technique, vocal endurance and performance skills; students working towards entry auditions for classical, jazz and musical theatre music degree programs, school age children/teens who want to learn to sing and improve their musicianship skills; people wanting to improve their karaoke skills; animators and voice actors who want to explore vocal colours and prevent vocal strain; and teachers and professionals who want better vocal health and technique when using their speaking voices.

Styles I cover are Pop, Jazz, Folk, Rock, Musical Theatre, and Classical, as well as speech-based voice work for heavy voice users such as teachers and presenters.
