I have a physical education and special Ed degree from Temple University. I competed in numerous tournaments on the Temple Karate Team. I also have extensive teaching experience as well as karate teaching experience. Furthermore, with my PE degree, I am able to integrate stretching and cardio into Karate lessons is so desired. You will have your choice of : Karate for sel-defense, exercise , learning specific techniques, and Cardio, or to combine them any way you want.

I have studied with the late Teruyuki Okazaki for ten years, as well as attended seminars with several famous karateka.

It is an enormous pleasure not only passing on all of the knowledge I have learned over the years, but also to watch the students grow in self-discipline, confidence, maturity and ability.
