What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I do a small accessment of my student find out about their passion and what brought them to me also I want to know their hobbies about their music and if they consider their craft an Art
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went the Restaurant Schoolnin Phila on 40 th walnut st. I also teach in my community about nutrition I have my Certidication as a child Nutritionist I've also worked for Tropicana In Atlantic Cory NJ and hotels hospitals I have maynowm catering service personal chef service I do consult work I do meal plan weekly for my clients and I also In the top 5 of a world wide cooking competition with BON Apetit and a Celebrity Chef Eddie Marten I believe I would be a great access to any team

Yes 75 dollars a session and private lesson 100 dollars the time and travel is added in
How did you get started teaching?
Since I was 8 yrs old I wanted to teach I thought it would have been English or Science but it turned out to be cooking it's my life my passion I've been doing this professionally for over 47 yrs I started teaching about 10!yrs ago
What types of students have you worked with?
Ppl from all parts of the world ethnic cuisine is my favorite I want to travel the world and bring back some of their traditional dishes
