About
We provide more than just cooking classes. Rather, we offer cooking experiences, where people discover how the food they choose can affect their health and wellbeing. Using Traditional Chinese medicine and sound nutritional advice, our unique classes empower students to create wellness on their own terms.
I have the greatest job in the world. Working with people to create wellness and to understand the importance of sustainable choices fulfills me daily. I love everything about the experience of cooking and nurturing with food. I am passionate about food, wellness and food! LOL!
I am expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine, macrobiotics, plant-based nutrition and hold a masters degree in food science and nutrition, allowing me to 'marry' the holistic and conventional wisdom that can create health.
