I am a professional chef who has been cooking since he has been 14 years old. I am also a kidney recipient, which means that I do specialty cooking for people who are on dialysis. I also am able to train anyone in multiple different cuisines, meaning I am versed in South American Latin cuisine, Chinese, Indian, and of course European. if it is a cuisine as I do not know much about, I do the research, and I work with you specifically to create what it is that you are looking to have.
