I am a professional chef who has been cooking since he has been 14 years old. I am also a kidney recipient, which means that I do specialty cooking for people who are on dialysis. I also am able to train anyone in multiple different cuisines, meaning I am versed in South American Latin cuisine, Chinese, Indian, and of course European. if it is a cuisine as I do not know much about, I do the research, and I work with you specifically to create what it is that you are looking to have.
I have an extreme passion for food, and love to learn especially with people who are looking to learn also.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically, we would talk about what it is you're looking to learn, what it is you would like to make, and what your interests are. Then we can get together, build a menu, go shopping and create a dinner. Cost varies due to complexity of what you are looking for.
