Chefs and culinary institutions have requested my secret recipes and techniques (for soups and creamy desserts especially), but I'd rather be helping people learn to make delicious meals and desserts in a home-based environment.
I have a vast knowledge of herbs and spices to make dishes pop with fabulous flavor, yet the recipes I devise are simple enough for novices to master.
If someone has special needs, I can easily work that into the lesson, accommodating their specific eating needs to create something everyone can enjoy!
Friendliness matters! I am very easy to speak with and don't mind being asked a lot of questions- I love to teach people new things!
I love to serve people and create new recipes. I take so much joy when someone tastes a new recipe for the first time! I'm very hospitality oriented, so my priority is my client's happiness and satisfaction.
Creation is part of the fun of cooking, and I enjoy using both new and traditional ingredients in my cooking. I prefer to use fresh ingredients as much as possible.
