Hi, I’m Whitney and i am the owner of Sarene Commissary Kitchen LLC. I have over 15 years experience working in professional kitchens along side some world renowned chefs. Working with me means partnering with someone who values professionalism, organization, and a clean, efficient workspace. At Sarene, I focus on creating a smooth, collaborative environment where everyone feels supported and respected.
Students can expect clear communication, reliable follow-through, and a calm, positive attitude—whether we’re handling kitchen operations, planning production, or working through hands-on tasks. I take pride in attention to detail, maintaining high standards, and making sure every step of the process is done safely and correctly.
