I have had my own business since 2007. I cook for clients with health related needs from Diabetes to low sodium, gluten sensitivities, allergies, cancer, weight loss, portion control and requests for all sorts of diet related needs. I can take any kind of menu and make it more healthy changing up the fat, sodium, carb and portion size. I love seeing that my clients have reached their goals for weight loss and other health issues and can use me time and again feeling reassured that they will feel satisfied with my delicious but more health oriented meals.
I have a Masters Degree in Education and teach part time Nutritiion Education at a local community college to pre-nursing students.
