I've been in culinary arts for over 20 years and love to cook.
I am Serv-Safe certified as a culinary manager. I am also a Certified Instructor & Registered Proctor.
I'm in the process of starting my own catering company/restaurant, which will hopefully be up and running completely by 2019.
Giving people a dish that they want more of! Whether I'm cooking for my children, showing family something new or hosting a gathering, the "crowd reaction" I get when they taste the food -- ALWAYS my favorite part.
To see (and hear) the satisfaction of a good tasting, well prepared, fulfilling dish makes what I do worth it! Getting to teach others is an extra added bonus.

Flat rate $100 course fee. Course duration can last from 24 hours to 2 weeks.
