RonSan “Ronnee” Lewis bio
Ronnee is a native of Philadelphia, Pa. Her love for dance began under the direction of Mrs. Cheryl Gaines Jenkins at the La Cher Tari dance school from the age of 3. She continued her dance arts career well into college beginning at Marymount Manhattan College in New York. She transferred and finished her education at Temple University where she graduated with a B.A. in Communications. This is her 11th year teaching for the Dance Institute of Philadelphia. She is the Assistant Director at Precision and Pride Dance School. Other schools include PointeFlex where she taught for 5 years and Born A Star dance. Ronnee has done the choreographic arrangement for the stage play "Can't Keep A Good Man Down" a Mikee White Production. Starting summer 2013, Ronnee also began teaching and choreographing for the YPTC (Young Performers Theatre Company), a summer intensive dance program for Philadelphia Youth. Other related dance projects include the Dance Advocate.
