What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I specialize in giving personal attention to what the client precisely needs- mentally, physically, through helping them gain confidence and self esteem, and have Fun!


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have weekly instructor meetings that include technique, review of kata, self defense, exercises, lesson of the week- a mental benefit to work on. In April 2015 I Earned my 5th degree Black Belt!


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Classes are for Ages 3 and up, teens and Adults. Typical tuition averages $22 to $35 per lesson, depending on how often one trains (we recommend 2 times/week). Payments methods can be every 2 weeks or monthly- unlimited classes. Two students enrolled is a family plan, so the rest of the family can train.


How did you get started teaching?

Always a desire and passion for fitness- mind and body. The martial arts is a perfect fit.


What types of students have you worked with?

Ages 3 and up, Teens and Adults. Special needs, athletes, school children, working parents and parents of kids that train.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Working at Lower Merion Synagogue with age 3 kids for after school enrichment. They are a blast to teach and and have fun with!


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Don't really know exactly what you want? I will help you define your goals. I am trained in teaching goal setting and action plans.


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

There is a way to a healthy lifestyle without spending hours exercising and forever strictly dieting-- I can show you the way and make it FUN and interesting!
