I teach mixed martial arts, a women's self-defense program, teen safety, military / law enforcement, executive Protection / celebrity protection, And I do private and public seminars. Everything we do is reality based. No fluff. I have two eighth degree Black belts. I'm ranked in five different styles. I have an eighth degree black belt in Hon Hab Do which is systems of combative Arts, reality-based self-defense. I have an eighth degree black belt in shinsen kokokusai. I have a fourth degree black belt in Shorin Ryu and a third degree black belt in Okinawan karate and universal kenpo

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I speak to the student (or parent) to understand exactly what the desired outcome is. It could be to bolster self-esteem, bullying, self-defense, confidence, past bad experiences, PTSD, rape, work place violence, etc. Whatever the circumstances, we take the time understand the dynamic and customize the training in all aspects. From lesson duration to meditation, etc.
