What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In a first lesson, I love talking with students about what they love about music. I also like asking about where they see themselves after a year of music lessons. I love helping students find their footing on the road of musical expression. Setting those goals allows us to focus on progression.

How did you get started teaching?
While I was performing as a classical vocalist, my peers would ask my opinion on their singing, acting, and musicianship. After time, more and more musicians asked for my help. Teaching truly found me.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught music theory and instrumental students as young as 9 years old. I teach students of all backgrounds and ages.
