I’m experienced at modifying activities for people with medical conditions and disabilities, fitness is for everyone! I enjoy assisting people in developing training plans that are individualized and adaptable. As people get fit and stronger these individualized adaptable plans keep people engaged and open to new types of fitness activities. I've been a fitness enthusiast since I was 19 years old. My fitness contributed to my survival and rehabilitation after a serious industrial accident when I was 23 years old....
