What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Make sure that you are getting what you want and in a personalized way. Many nutritionists and personal trainers have generic plans that they give to everyone. This indicates they might not take into consideration your specific needs. Watch out for the cheapest rates as they are likely generic.
