About
Class curriculum is in black and white meaning it's written out so it stays consistent but it's flexible enough to meet the needs the individual taking a class the classes are designed for self defense purposes directly not at gym we're not an exercise program you're not a school that teaches martial arts for competition class is designed specifically for self-defense I've been a martial artist most of my life I've moved around a lot as a youth that brought me into contact with the conflict that happens living in various neighborhoods as well as having been a competitor involved in the fighting aspects of martial arts which gave me insight into what works and what doesn't most instructors learned martial arts but never learn to fight the actual application of the techniques I feel gives osuka Ryu and Edge currently the classes are personalized meaning one on one but don't have to be I am a former National Blackbelt League middleweight world karate champion I have competed and coached on a large level and in a large group setting in the past my current students are happy and I think my new ones will be as well
