William has been instrumental in my journey in learning how to play the viola. I had no prior musical experience, but with his guidance I have come a long way as an adult student in just a few months. He has provided me not only with the resources and tools to build my skills, but also the confidence and desire to stick with it. I look forward to my weekly lessons with William because he is a wonderful teacher and truly such a kind person. He is an extremely talented and knowledgeable instructor, with an innate ability to connect with his students and draw on their strengths to maximize the experience. He has made what seemed like a daunting task of learning an instrument excitingly doable, as I walk away after my lessons each week feeling like I’ve made new progress and learned something new. I am so thankful that I stumbled across his profile here on lessons.com because he is the kind of teacher that you can tell is truly passionate about what he does and I genuinely enjoy his company during our lessons. Miss Vickie is a wonderful instructor to my 9 year old son. She is very friendly and he really loves his time with her. I am impressed by the extra opportunities she provides like "field trips" to string performances and many chances for her students to perform for local seniors .
