I'm a graduate of the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico, as a composer, with vocal specialization. I'm fully bilingual. I've been singing since I was a child, multiple genres, from Latin, to Opera, to Broadway, and even Rock.
My vocal training is specialized on technique and control of the vocal system, so that you may use it in any way you see fit, for any music style, or even for a strong spoken voice.
My composition classes concentrate on the understanding of theory and techniques, so that you may use what you need to achieve the desired effect whithin your aesthetic.
I enjoy the untangible reward of having my students achieve their full potential, to get to that next step they never thought possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I aproach the voice instrument by correct technique and body postitioning. This vocal technique allows anyone to use their skill in any style they wish, from rock, to classical, and even spoken voice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate from the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico in music composition with specialty in singing and choir. I've sang in public since I was 5, and conducted choirs since I was 16. Have composed music for voice since I was 10.
