Fancy Fingers is a privately owned studio. Our goal is to cultivate each student’s talent and confidence in the hope of producing quality musicians who contribute musically in their communities or simply play for their own enjoyment. We use a fun and educational curriculum and that incorporates lesson and theory along with many supplemental styles of music that we customize for each student per their interest.

I enjoy interacting with my students and seeing their accomplishments. I love seeing the joy on their faces when their hard work pays off and they actually enjoy the fruit of their labor. I thrive off finding different ways to explain concepts that aren't easily understood.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to meet with them to talk about their goals and then come up with a plan to help them achieve those goals. Most of the time I will start with an age appropriate book in the Alfred Basic Piano Library. I ALWAYS require Lesson and Theory but will often incorporate other books based on the student's interest i.e. Hymn Book, Solo Book, Jazz, Rags and Blues or Romantic Impressions.
